Dear Parents
I take great pleasure in extending to you all a warm welcome to the new academic session 2009-2010. We at Maheshwari Vidyapeeth believe that in a competitive global world only those who have multiple skills and a varied canvas of exposure will be the ones who eventually succeed and shine. Towards this objective, our educational programme is interwoven with a variety of skill-based activities with an aim to inculcate diverse skills and encourage talents in the students through healthy interactions and competitions.
We earnestly seek your whole-hearted co-operation and assistance in giving your ward knowledge, values and skills in its richest and the fullest form so as to bring forth all round development of our students. I hope the academics as well as the co-curricular learning imparted here will mould each student to a mature personality.

For the new session, we request you to kindly take note of the following points:
1 The New Session begins : 03.04.2009 Summer Vacation commences : 09.05.2009School reopens on : 16.06.2009
2 Parents who wish to withdraw their child / children at the end of the academic session will have to give an advance written notice before 10th April 2009, else fee for the First-Term will be charged.
3 Arrangements have been made to provide the Text Books, Note Books and Uniform in the school premises itself. Please collect the same on below mentioned dates:
4 Please ensure that your ward comes to school in the prescribed school uniform, with properly combed hair, pruned nails and polished shoes.
5 Kindly label and name each item brought to the school by your ward.
6 It is compulsory for the students to converse in English in the school and even in the school bus. Please help him/ her to do so at home also.
7 For the better health of your child, kindly send solid food (i.e. Roti & vegetables) in the Tiffin box.
8 Please deposit the fees within the specified time limit as per the instructions given. The fees are to be paid directly at CANARA BANK, Ghod Dod Branch, Surat. Pay –in – slips for depositing the fees will be given to the students in the first week of April 2009.
9 Please supervise your ward’s homework and related assignments and also sign his / her remarks after reading it carefully.
10 Please do not visit the school to meet your ward or teachers during school hours without the Principal’s permission.
11 You are requested to make use of Parents’ Remarks Column in the Pupil’s Diary for obtaining any information regarding school related matters. Please do not send any message through bus driver or helper.
12 Please ensure that your ward reports to school on the first day after school reopens following a vacation.
13 In case your ward fails to report to school on the first day, or requires a leave of absence from the school or comes late, an application has to be submitted to the Principal stating the reason and approval has to be taken by him / her in advance.
14 Kindly intimate the school any temporary change in correspondence address three days in advance to avoid any confusion.
15 We solicit your co-operation with the school in instilling discipline and regularity in your ward and helping us to groom your child to be an ideal student.
16 Please consult the Pupil’s Diary in all matters regarding the school.
