1. Please ensure that your ward brings this calender to school everyday.

2. Please bring the Parent's copy of your ward's I-Card whenever you come to school for any transactions.

3. In order to save the time kindly follow the visiting hours of the school strictly.

4. You can lodge your complaints in written from on the reception counter of the school. Please avoid using foul language or unruly behaviour as it doesn't bring solution to your problem. We except you to maintain the decorum of the school.

5. Any change in your address / phone number should be immediately informed in school.

6. Students suffering from any contagious dieses/infections will not be permitted to attend the school.

7. Girls are not allowed to wear any ornaments. However, they can wear only small ear-studs/tops. They are not at all allowed to put on nail polish/tattoos. Mehandi can be allowed occasionally only with prior permission.

8. All the students are expected to join the school on the notified date at the beginning of the session and after vacations..
   Absence of a student just before and immediately after the vacation will lead strict disciplinary actions.

9. Criticism of the school or teacher in the presence of a child should be scrupulously avoided because it causes the students to lose respect for their teachers.

10. Parents must consult the school calender, date sheets and other circulars before making any enquiries from the school.

11. For you child's good health and proper growth we request you to give them solid and nutritious food in lunch-box.

Before leaving for school please ensure that your ward:

• Is physically fir and not sick.

• Is nearly dressed and has put on the Identity Card.

• Has taken his/her lunch box.

• Has taken his/her almanac.

• Has taken all the books and note books as per the Time Table.
