CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS

  1. The prior duty of a student is to give regard to their parents, teachers and all elders.

  2. They should trust their parents and share everything with them.

  3. They should have an attitude of love, co-operation and helpfulness among themselves.

  4. They should never cheat or be unfair.

  5. They should avoid vulgarity in talk and behaviour.

  6. They should be very particular in maintaining their regular attendance. Minimum 85% attendance is required to appear for the Final exams.

  7. They should have an active participation in all CCE, CCA and other activites of the school.

  8. They should take pride in wearing their school uniform and strive to keep it neat and tidy at all times.

  9. Use English only as the medium of conversation inside the school campus.

  10. They should habitually be clean and neatly dressed always. The school uniform should be worn on all working days and for all school functions, students who are not in proper uniform will not be allowed to enter their classroom.

  11. Care must be taken of all school property and no student should scratch or damage any school furniture. Graffiti of any sort on school property or on any other belongings will not be tolerated. Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the class teacher or the Principal.

  12. Our students should observe the following polite manners wherever they go. They should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct. Bullying and use of foul language are punishable offences.

  13. Disciplinary measures: The following measures may the adopted by the school in dealing with students behaving in an unruly manner. (a) reprimand and counsell  (b) written warning (c) detention during the break (d) suspension (e) rustication.

  14. They should make a habit of everyday self-study as per the following schedule:
    (a) I & II Minimum 1 Hours                                        (b) III to V Minimum 2 Hours
    (c) VI to VIII Minimum 3 Hours                                 (d) IX to XII Minimum 4 Hours

  15. They are strictly not allowed to use mobile phones in school.
